    My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!!

    White Chicken Enchiladas. Really good! I would maybe add some hot sauce and salsa for more spice. I also added in some corn with the chicken and cheese and it was a nice addition. Just make sure you don't curdle the sour cream sauce. Great for a dinner party night.

    Green Chile Pepper Jack Chicken Enchiladas I originally pinned this because Greg is a fan of Pepper Jack. I hoped he'd like this version of enchiladas. Result? He LOVED IT!! And so did I! We'll definitely be making this regularly!!

    Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole: Ingredients: 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns 8 oz. Sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter 1/2 C. Chopped onion 2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese Directions: Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in the microwave. In a bowl add minced onions, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, and melted butter. Mix these items together. Pour soup mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese....
