So yummy! Just peel the eggs and cut them near the egg yolk. Place all of the egg yolks in a food processor and add anything you want (mayo, dijon mustard, even a small bit of sugar). Fill each boiled egg and use olives or peppercorns for eyes and carrot triangles for the beak!! Do not over boil so that the egg yolk stays that pretty yellow!!
Hard boil eggs. Cool. Stand them up point at top and cut about 1/3 down. Scoop out filling and make devilled eggs (no paprika!). Set in muffin tin then fill with mixture and place top piece on. Eyes are bits of black olive. Beaks are a carrot slice which you cut into little wedges like a pie. Cover with plastic and refrigerate until serving.
