Slow Cooker Chicken Parm from The Girl Who Ate Everything. I made quite a few alterations, but this was really really good! I just mixed the tomato ingredients into the bottom of the crock pot, topped with thin-sliced chicken and set to high for about 4 hours. Then I placed thick slices of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast and served with pasta. Delicious and SUPER easy!
