Apple Computers. Elwood was my mentor when I was 22yo for my early fascination with personal computers and programming. He let me program in 8080 machine language with the front-panel of the demo Imsai 8080 that was in his store in 1977. He taught me to solder S-100 boards. I worked in that store on the day in 1982 that IBM had shipped the original marketing materials for the IBM-PC. It came in a tramp steamer trunk, with a Charlie Chaplin cane and hat. I also worked on the Apple ][s and IIIs.
