Enamel Painted Vases - Paint used was PermEnamel paint in Mediterranean Blue and White (or whatever color you prefer), PermEnamel Surface Conditioner from Michael's. Full Step-by-Step Tutorial.

The bottle was painted with glass paint, mosaiced in clear glass and grouted in dark gray....and some bright glass stones for bling. THIS IS F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!!!
