    Choices! I can totally see using this at school. When students need a break or time away, make a choice about what they want to do! Give them the power to choose!

    Next time toys get left on the floor collect them in a ransom box. In order to get the toy back the child gets to pick a stick from the chore jar and perform a chore. Getting kids to clean up after themselves with Zink and a giveaway. 4men1lady.com

    Fun idea: If her kids don't pick something up after one warning, this mom confiscates it and puts it in a "ransom box." The only way you can get it back is to draw a task from the envelope attached to the box lid. Her tasks are hilarious!
