Replace dessert with- Dreamy Nighttime Drink: 1 cup (almond) milk, 1 tsp honey, 2 drops vanilla extract, 1 pinch ground cinnamon. Heat milk on high until the milk is very hot and begins to foam. Stir in honey and vanilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
I call it "Diabetic Coma Punch" and never serve it EVER. Party Punch--pineapple juice, orange juice, frozen limeade and lemonade concentrate, ginger ale and orange, lemon and lime sherbet. Party on kids! Punch is one of my fav beverages.
