Redbubble Canada Geese. Everytime I hear geese flying over our house, I HAVE to go outside to watch them, listen at their peptalk and wish them a good yourney. There are not many things in live, that make me as happy as this.
Quetzals are strikingly colored birds in the trogon family, found in forests and woodlands, esp. in humid highlands. The Euptilotis species is almost entirely restricted to western Mexico, in Baja Verapaz, Guatemala. They are fairly large (13" long). Quetzals have iridescent green or golden-green wing coverts, back, chest and head, with a red belly. These largely solitary birds feed on fruits, berries, insects and small vertebrates (frogs).
