Then in seperate bag mix 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, 3/4 cup flour,1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,1/2 tsp garlic powder and mix in wings . Refrigerate wings 1hr. Then mix1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter and 3/4 hot sauce n dip wings. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes then flip n bake 30 min more.
