Peach-and-Basil Crumbles

1 tbsp Basil, fresh
1/2 tsp Lemon, zest
4 Peaches, ripe

Baking & Spices

3/8 cup All-purpose flour
1/3 cup Brown sugar, packed light
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Salt, coarse

Nuts & Seeds

2 oz Almonds


6 cut into pieces 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, unsalted

    Peach&Basil Crumble: 30 min. Filling: 4 peaches, sliced into wedges 1/2 tbs sugar 1 tbs basil (4 leaves) 1/2 tsp lemon zest 1/4 tsp salt Topping: 1/3 cup chopped almonds 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup + 2 tbs flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup oats 3 tbs butter Step 1: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Make filling: Mix all ingredients to combine. Step 2: Make topping: Combine all ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Step 3: Put filling in dishes, sprinkle with topping. Bake 25 min. until golden brown.
