BEST TACO SOUP 1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey 1 small onion, chopped 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles 2 14.5 oz. cans stewed tomatoes (preferably Mexican recipe) 1 15 oz. can pinto beans (try Trappey's with jalapenos for an extra kick!) 1 15 oz. can white hominy 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 envelope ranch dressing mix 1 1/2 cups water
Taco soup- 1 lbs of cooked hamburger, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can of rotel tomatoes undrained, 1 package of ranch dressing, 1 package of taco seasoning, 1 cup frozen corn or 1 can of drained corn, 5 cups water. Put in crock pot on low 8-9 hours. Serve with fritos sour cream, and cheese if desired
