I've always wanted to try this, BUT... To begin, they assume that you can already jog 2 minutes. Ha!

I am going to do this workout this afternoon, as my gym doesn’t open till 6pm on Sunday’s (from 8am to 1pm then 6-8pm), and wanna do something now. I can do these all at home too, which is great!

Some day, I will do a marathon. That is my lifetime running goal for now: finish a marathon.

Exams end in 6 days. One day to sleep and then I'm doing this even without half marathon to run at the end...

Goal for this year is to finish Marshall's half marathon thirty minutes faster than last year. Give it a month and I will be done. Haha.

I like the walk/run aspect of this 1/2 training plan. I think there is something to be said for interval training. Not that I'm training for a 1/2 right now. I'm just sayin'....if I ever did decide to do a 1/2...
