Mango, Lime & Coconut Puddings - Blend flesh of two mangoes, 1/2 cup soaked cashews, juice of 1 lime, 1 Tablespoon light agave nectar and 1 Tablespoon coconut oil/butter in a blender or food processor until smooth.
