      8/13/13 The whole work out warm up and cool down included took me 19 minutes. 80 jumping jacks, 50 vertical leg crunches, 30 sit ups, 25 tricep dips, 20 squats, 25 alternating leg lifts, 50 bicycles, 25 wall push ups, 40 Russian twists... warm up = 2 min jump rope, and cool down = stretch

      I love the runners high but I'm hesitant this year....I'm pounding my feet wrong somehow. I pinch a nerve in my back every time!
