Camping! Prepare pancake mix as stated on the box.  Then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze!  Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix!  It's a great way to use up a few cups of milk before it expires! What a great idea!!!

When buying fruit and veggies, always soak them in a 1:4 ratio of vinegar and water to help remove toxins and pesticides. Leave them soaking for up to an hour, longer with nonorganic apples. At the end of the bath, sometimes you can even see cloudy like stuff in the water from the skins and waxes, and dirt on the bottom. Works awesome! Once I did this to blackberries and they were good for 3 WEEKS! That's unheard of with berries & water. The vinegar is KEY :)

ZIP LOCK OMELET- Throw all your ingredients in a bag, zip it up and boil them. Each person can put different ingredients in and they cook at the same time! They cook for 6-8 mins and then slide right out of the bag- OMELET We do this camping and at home!
