Shape Up: My 30-Minute Workout - I must admit i have only done this once, but plan to do it again and on a regular basis...i know it works after the first time I could not walk properly for a couple of days! got to keep it up!

for the 60 minutes on Saturday, I may make Chris and Maddy play badminton! that junk burns calories...and is TOO fun
