    Creamy Peach Popsicles (gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free) ~ 5 medium peaches, pitted and roughly chopped (I left the skins on – the “peachy” flavor seems to be stronger when I do), 1/4 c coconut milk, 1 T agave nectar, 1/4 t vanilla extract ~ Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into six popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours. Serves 6.

Peaches and Cream Popsicles 3 medium peaches 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup milk or cream 2 T. honey or sugar Peel, pit, and dice the peaches. You should have a little over a cup of diced peaches. In a medium bowl, add two-thirds of your peaches and mash them with a fork to create a puree. Add the rest of the diced peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey and stir to combine. Divide the peachy mixture between 6 popsicles molds and freeze until solid: anywhere from 6 hours to overnight.
