Behavior Management Techinique: Stop signs to remind students - "Please stop what you are doing and make a better choice" behavior reminders to place on student desks when needed. Includes a link to print these out. -- Take them away when they do something good. Whoever didn't get one that day or doesn't have one at the end could get a positive behavior incentive. Maybe give every kid who goes the entire class period/day without getting one a treat/reward .....or if they end without any too

This is an AMAZING idea! Using this free printable, a teacher, parent, etc. could simply hand this to a child in a group setting without having to interrupt the class or group. LOVE this idea! "Please stop what you're doing and make a better choice" classroom management.

Younger kids: classroom management idea, stop signs. Walk over and hand this to a child instead of yelling across the classroom.

In my future classroom, this would be an easy and effective way to deal with misbehavior. All I would have to do is walk over and place this on my student's desk to help them realize that they are misbehaving. I could even do this while I was teaching a lesson, since I wouldn't have to stop talking to give the student a warning. Once again this system would have to be set up at the beginning of the school year, but I think it could be effective.
