Mince 2 seeded Serrano or Jalape?o peppers and 1 clove ofgarlic. Add 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and peper totaste. Mix everything together and let sit overnight for flavors tomeld.

Granite City Dip...oh so good!! 1 c sour cream, 1/2 c mayonnaise, 1/4 t onion powder, 1/4 t garlic powder, 1/4 t curry powder, 1/8 t paprika, 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce, and parsley flakes. Whisk together and top with parsley (although I like to mix parsley in also)

DONE ~ Crispy Onion Chicken ~ This is a good 'ole standby. Makes for a very moist, well flavored chicken breast when you're short on time. Never any leftovers with this either, even with those that don't like onions. ~Amy
