Pan Pacific Auditorium, Los Angeles, CA. Designed in 1935 by Welton Becket and Walter Wurdeman, the Pan Pacific was a premier example of Streamline Moderne. All but the west façade was destroyed by fire in 1989, and the entire building had to be demolished in 1992.
