10 Crunch-Free Moves for Killer Abs - Try this Pilates and kickboxing-inspired circuit for strong, defined abs.
Pin links to the Back Kick Plank move. Another move to try: Flip a Bosu upside down and grab onto handles; elbows bent slightly. Directly overhead: Slowly move Bosu from side-to-side, then front-to-back, then do a push-up. Repeat 10 times. OR, with Bosu upside and slightly in front of you bring knee to shoulders, switching each leg.
