    Make ‘Butter’ from Powdered Milk: 3/4 cup Powdered Milk, 1/3 cup Water, 1/4 cup Oil (Coconut, Olive, Sunflower, etc.), Yellow Food Coloring (optional), Salt (optional), Butter Flavoring (optional). Put each ingredient into a food processor, in the order given. Process slowly, until a thick, butter-like consistency is achieved. This recipe makes about 3/4 cup of ‘butter’.
