Spicy Chicken Breast - I altered this recipe a bit: Mix 2.5 tbls paprika, 1.5 tbls garlic, 1 tbl chili pepper (instead of cayenne), 1 tbl thyme, 1 tbl salt, 1 tbl pepper. Rub about 2 tbls on chicken. Save the rest of mix for the next time you need it. Bake Chicken on greased pan at 350 for 30 min. SO GOOD!
