Arroz con Dulce (Rice Pudding) - Puerto Rican rice pudding, made with coconut milk and coconut cream, as opposed to only bovine milk or cream used elsewhere. Other flavors added into Arroz con Dulce include cloves, ginger, raisins soaked in rum, vanilla, cinnamon, brown or white sugar, heavy cream or milk and sometimes lemon zest. Note: in this website this recipe is called "Arroz con Leche" but the correct name in Puerto Rico is "Arroz con Dulce".
