    No paint artwork. Two $22 primed canvases, a spool of textured charcoal thread, and 1 ft. of charcoal starched linen-like fabric. Cut the gray fabric into 14-18 leaves for each canvas and cut a small slit in the center of each leaf to make room for the thread.Wind the thread across the canvas front to back about 12-20 times, threading leaves. Cut the end and knot it to the first thread.

Very cool! How great does this look on a big wall! Paint the canvas with the desired colour, once dry use masking tape to cover the parts you want to keep coloured then paint the rest! #art

Hearts on canvas. I used this as an inspiration for a project with my toddler son. I cut out hearts in different sizes from several coordinating scrapbooking paper. My son then glued them (with my help) onto canvas. I didn't help with placement at all yet the whole project was hang up worthy. It now has a permanent place on my wall.
