Love this!!! Almost can't wait for Winter! Colored "Glass" Fill small balloons with water & food coloring then pop the balloon once frozen. Use as ice cubes for punch bowl.
Put glow sticks in balloons for a neon look. This would be fun for a birthday party or used in a photo (especially with children).
