      Measuring. I've given some thought to starting a little notebook with all things diet and fitness related in it. I'm thinking that having a bunch of these printed out would be a GREAT way to measure my progress in a way that goes beyond just pounds on the scale. Just have to date them and put them in their own little section in the notebook...and then fill them out!
