I personally don't buy into the whole 'cave man' thing but I do like and agree with the concept of getting back to basics with fresh, healthy foods and no refined foods (sugar, flour, dairy, grains and legumes, etc.) that has made so many of us unhealthy.

    Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.
