Elmers Glue T Shirt Idea DIY Elmer's Blue Gel glue, RIT dye, and a white shirt. 1. Wet tee with cold water, place board in middle of layers of shirt. 2. Draw design on shirt with glue, let dry completely. 3. Prepare dye bath with cold water - remember, finished product will be lighter in color than the bath. Dip shirt in bath, then let dry completely. 4. Soak shirt in soapy cold water for 15 min, then wash in washing machine.
