    I made this tonight and we loved it. Two modifications (due to what was on hand): 1. I used 8oz lasagna noodles, roughly broken & 2. I used 1.5T dried Italian seasoning. I also chopped a large onion & sauteed it with the beef. I'm Italian and it seemed sacrilegious not to add an onion. If I didn't have onions I'd still make this. A delicious time saving dish!
