    was skeptical but this is a terrific recipe: RANCH CHICKEN Combine: 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Dip 8 chicken halves in melted butter and then roll in cornflake mix ~ I placed on a baking rack placed in a jelly roll pan and baked until chicken was 165 degrees @ 350 about 40-45" depending on size of chicken breasts. ~ it was delicious~ ~ I served with sautéed yellow squash and zucchini and a salad ~ yum!

Parmesan-Ranch Chicken | Plain Chicken dipped in prepared ranch dressing and then parm cornflakes

Ranch Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans - came recommended and was an easy all in one pot kind of meal. Chicken was slightly dry. Green beans were the best.

Ranch Chicken Casserole I make this all the time and it is one of my favorite things to eat!!!!!! I will even eat it for breakfast ;0 Mine is a little different and I like mine better. What I do is use nacho cheese doritos instead of plain ones and I use 8 oz. of cubed mexican velveeta instead of the cheddar and mozzerella (sp) which made in more creamy.
