Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers - I added 8oz chopped mushrooms with the onions and sauteed, then topped the stuffed peppers with a mix of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Keep covered with foil & bake 35 min, then uncover and broil 5 min to brown the topping. Delicious & healthy!
