Roasted grape tomatoes - cut in half, toss with lots of olive oil, salt and pepper, and lots of sliced garlic. I don't add any herbs, like the linked recipe, but I'm sure it would be great! Try not to crowd them on the cookie sheet - the garlic gets crispy, and the tomatoes are half-way to "raisin" texture! To die for!!!!

Rum-Coconut Banana Bread This made my house smell wonderful tonight and I did eat a nice piece. IT is really good. The coconut slices give it texture. I would probably sprinkle some sugar on top next time to give it a caramelized coat on top.
