Peach Tea -6 large sweet peaches -4c water -1c sugar -4c tea ~Boil sliced peaches w/ skin in pan w/ 4c of water & 1c of sugar on med. Reduce to simmer & cook for 1hr. Turn off & cool for 1hr. Set a sieve over a collecting container, place a thin tea towel or cheese cloth over the sieve. (Sometimes in a pinch a coffee filter will work) Sieve fruit. Shold be about 4c of syrup. For Tea place a quart of brewed tea in a pitcher & stir in 1 1/2c of the 'cold' syrup. Will not be sweet may add sugar.
