Bloated? Give up wheat, all forms, for 3 weeks & see what happens. Humans evolved on less than grains so from that perspective, we're eating an extremely abnormal diet (pizza, pasta, cereal, cookies, etc). What have you got to lose?

use this to help build your lunches, you don't have to use just these foods, but use them as examples and pick foods similar. I usually try to do extra veg and extra protein so I stay full. Fruit is my fave, I sometimes do extra fruit and a smaller snack.

Please, disregard the microwave part...it kills all that is good in vegetables! For delicious steaming, a bamboo steamer is wonderful. Enjoy.
