Red Beans and Rice from FoodNetwork.com I soaked some red beans overnight and cooked them yesterday. So now looking for a good recipe for red beans. Not sure I'll add any pickled pork since I have none, but I'll add some extra garlic and sauteed onions and it'll be a healthy main course over rice. I'm turning Bob into a semi vegetarian, not that he's a willing candidate. But I'm the chief cook & I like to introduce non-processed natural foods loaded with vitamins and nutrients to our diet.
