This is the Joint Security Area of the Korean border in a village called "Panmunjom". The blue buildings are meeting rooms for representatives of North and South Korea, and it is located right on the border line as seen in the difference of terrain somewhere in the middle of the side of the blue buildings. It is possible for tourists to visit these blue buildings and step into the other country for a moment, technically. This picture shows us the view of North Korea from South side.
