      Elephant Cookie Dough 2 1/2 cups butter 2 cups sugar 2 large eggs 1 vanilla bean (or 3 tsp vanilla) 5 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Cream the butter and sugar together Do not over beat to maintain form. Add eggs slowly and mix. Add vanilla. Sift your dry ingredients together & add it all. Roll the dough & place into the fridge for 1 hr. min. Cut out cookie shapes. Put shapes into fridge for 10 mins. Preheat oven to 176°C. Bake cookies for 8-12 minutes or untill golden.
