The Insanity Workout: 20 Minutes to Totally Toned

Insanity Workout - Do each of these 6 moves for 1 minute without stopping between exercises. After you've completed 1 round, rest for 60 seconds, then go again. Perform the circuit 3 times (20 minutes & done!) 2 days in a row. Take a rest day & repeat. (Did one circuit-taking a break to learn each move and about died!! It will take some time to work into three circuits without stopping-Killer!!)

This tells you your body type AND what types of workouts are better for you AND what types of foods you should be eating! It's fantastic!
