Insanely Delicious Turtle Cookies - Soft, chocolate-y, pecan-y cookie filled with smooth-&-creamy caramel. Oh, and drizzled with chocolate drizzle if you so desire.

Insanely Delicious Turtle Cookies

Turtle Cookies. You've seen them all over Pinterest, and they are as good as they look. My modifications: Definitely top them with chocolate. You can use a baggie, but cut a very tiny hole or else the drizzle won't look so pretty. I ran out of pecans one time, and I found that a 50-50 almond and pecan mix is delicious.

Turtle Cookies-Make these. Seriously. It's truly insane how delicious they are.

The Kitchen is My Playground: Insanely Delicious Turtle Cookies

Turtle Cookies. Made with cake flour, bread flour, baking soda, baking powder, kosher salt, butter, light brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, dark chocolate chips, caramel bits, and chopped pecans.
