Back to School for Big Kids! {Beginning of the Year Activities}

This is a great family activity to do before school starts! Parents lead your children to discuss what makes a good friend and make the chart together. Throughout the year when friendship issue arise, refer back to this list to help your child process the makings of a good friendship. Parents can share stories of their friendships and what made the friendship special.

Make a "Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar" class book, and "The Kissing Hand" class book.

First day Jitters book and juice including pics and other ideas for the first day.
