This was so EASY!! I used 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream...just because :-) The entire 9 x 13 pan was gone in one sitting. Next time I may add tuna & peas for a casserole. (Baked Macaroni-n-Cheese, no Roux)

Never thought to do this and i buy it weekly... Alternative to pasta: Bring a skillet to medium-high heat on the stove. Add slaw and 1/4 cup water. Stirring occasionally, cook until water has evaporated and slaw has softened slightly, about 5 - 8 minutes. Then add tomato sauce and any veggies you would normally eat with your pasta.
Crockpot Italian Chicken 4 Chicken Breasts (thawed) 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Seasoning 1 8oz package of Cream Cheese 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/4 - 1/2 can of Milk Instructions ( Edit ) Mix altogether in crockpot; cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick add a little milk. Serve over pasta or rice.

I have made this many times and it's most yummy!! ~Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.
