An excellent adaptation of George Eliot's novel. A must-see!

I'm quite possibly the only person in the world who disliked this movie. I just found it a little myopic to focus on the fictional love story of two people in the midst of what was a very real human tragedy. And that stupid song at the end literally sets my teeth on edge. The sets and costumes were quite well done though.
