PEANUT BUTTER BALLS INGREDIENTS: ¼ cup of peanut butter ¼ cup of honey 1 tablespoon of butter 2 scoops of Vi-Shape Shake mix 2-3 packs or about 1 cup of instant plain oatmeal DIRECTIONS: 1. Melt peanut butter, honey and butter in a bowl and stir together. 2. Add in Vi-Shape shake mix and stir well. 3. Add in oatmeal until thick. 4. Pinch off small amounts and roll into balls. 5. Place on a wax paper surface and chill for about an hour in the refrigerator.
