Layered Salad.. I do these on Sunday and have fresh salads through until Friday!! So easy and so efficient! If you put veggies like cucumbers at the bottom with the dressing, they soak up some flavor too instead of getting mushy!
Pioneer Woman - 7 Layer salad A+. i have made this several times. i always follow the recipe exactly. We all love it! (it is best to eat this within a few hours of making it, or the day at the latest. after that it gets watery)
7 Layer Salad - My version: Baby spinach, cooked chopped eggs, crumbled fried bacon, iceburg or romaine lettuce, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, frozen baby peas. Top with dressing: Mix together 1 cup mayo, 1 tsp sugar, and 2 T ranch powder seasoning, top with shredded cheddar cheese. So Good!!
