Tortellini Sausage Soup I generally add more sausage, garlic and carrots than it calls for. We also like the turkey sausage better, but regular is good, too. Fresh apple cider is best, but since that's out of the stores now, I found a good kind on the juice aisle of Pick n Save that tastes more fresh than the other shelf stable kinds. Look for a cider that has juice as #1 ingredient not water. I also like to add the zucchini at the very end and turn the burner off after I add it.
