Lentil patties-- I made these with 1.5 cups oatmeal instead of eggs. Also added celery to the patties and used brown lentils instead of red. The sauce was pretty heavy on the cumin for us, toned it down with ketchup and it tasted great!! They were a little squishy when I fried them, but I have some in the oven baking right now so hopefully that's better :)
