MEXI-FAJITA CHICKEN. I have made this many times! Simple and absolutely delicious!! I serve it on a bed of rice and I use twice as much fajita seasoning than the recipe calls for. Lighter Chicken Tacos -- Hearty meats such as chicken thighs become fall-apart sumptuous after a long, gentle simmer in the slow cooker -- the results are ideal for shredding into tacos or sandwich fillings.
SLOW COOKER BBQ CHICKEN 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle BBQ sauce (we love Famous Daves) 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/4 c brown sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder together. Place chicken in crock pot. Pour sauce over it and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
Mix brown sugar, water, vinegar, ketchup & soy sauce together in a bowl. Mix cornstarch with some water to form a paste and mix into the above mixture. Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Minutes before serving stir in frozen stir fry veggies and pineapple tidbits. This is great served over plain boiled rice.
