Great book worth reading. The movie was awful! The book is SO much better.

Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen...pretty good book. The movie should pretty close to the book too!

Water for Elephants: A Novel by Sara Gruen. This was such a fun read! I had seen the movie, but this wasn't a disappointment, like most books/movie duos the book was better. This plot line keeps you intrigued throughout the story, and it has no lack of action or character development. Compared to the movie, the book had plenty of extras to keep you engaged. I definitely recommend this one! 5 stars

This is the first Jodi Picoult novel that I read, she always has an unexpected twist to her plots and always keeps me guessing about how the story will end. She never has the picture perfect ending either. Girl with a Pearl Earring, Deluxe Edition (9780452287020): Tracy Chevalier: Books

And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini - Hosseini is simply a beautiful writer. At some times I forgot I was reading and was simply engrossed in the story. I'll admit the last fourth or so lost me ... but in general, lovely and eloquent and interesting.
