Fonteyn, une table basse en chêne et noyer (coffee table)

Table basse Comtes de Provence - weathered wood look with fleur de lys inlays. Lovely and expensive.

    Reference for painting the cabinet

Love the clean, open, airy look and the use of wood. Not sure about the white floors though.

What's black and white and...sat on? A chair covered with images of pages from the New York Times.

a coffee table that looks like a vintage trunk. Chehoma. May not fit the room though...

Have the sofa and armchairs, now procrastinating on the coffee table. This is a nice simple option.

IKEA France has started selling the UPPLEVA own brand TVs and audio/video systems, that are designed to go with the BESTA and other media related furniture lines. I'm sure they're not the state of the art or anything but they sure look nice.

Arrived today: vintage leather Danish armchair for the living room. eBay find ^_^

After many many months of searching, I finally got this sofa. And I'm happy.

Gorgeous...but way out of my price range (from Invicta)

    That's a funky looking stove...

The enamelled woodburning stove I love the most so far (from Deville)

copper + gray - house and garden

Trying to decide if this is too blue!

Editions Sentou Coogee sofa in turquoise blue. The one I love the most but not sure I can make the color work.

Editions Sentou Coogee 3-seater. Love the form but maybe it's too Jetsons. Also 2x as expensive as the leather Kivik.

Sofa candidate no. 4: Hanjel Denver in cream. Pros: form and color. Cons: seat is tufted as well as the back.

Hanjel Prague sofa in beige. Like this color better but like the contrast of the trim to the grey better.

Sofa candidate no. 3: Hanjel, Prague model. Fabric with stud trim. Also available in beige.

Sofa candidate no. 2: Arild, also from Ikea. White leather and steel frame.

I'm trying to decide on a sofa. Candidate 1: Ikea Kivik in white leather. Cheapest one on my list.

Missoni/Kartell armchair. Wish I had the daring, and the budget, for this!

This is the new SÖDERHAMN sofa from Ikea. I love the design, and I love that pale blue. The price is right too, since it's Ikea. Unfortunately it's not at all comfortable! The seat cushions are way too thin, and the seat itself is too deep. I keep trying it out and trying to convince my butt to get used to the hardness, but I don't think it's going to work. T_T

Lovely coordination of curtain and wall/staircase colors. Floors in our front rooms are exactly like this.
